El Faro de Cala Torret is a restaurant serving traditional Menorcan and Mediterranean cuisine, with an impressive terrace facing the sea. It specialises in rice dishes, fish and lobster stew.
They are committed to sustainability and they are certified as Menorca Biosphere Reserve. They buy locally grown products to create authentic and traditional dishes.

El Faro restaurant is certified as "Plastic Free Balearics” having reduced single-use plastics by 60%. It has an innovative water treatment system which has allowed them to completely eliminate plastic bottles. They have recently installed solar panels.

In "Es tast de na Silvia" you will feel at home, enjoying local and seasonal food made with love where the menu is adapted every day to the seasonal products available in the local market.

Biniarroca Restaurante - Sant Lluis
If there is one thing that diners to their restaurant talk about is the quality of menu that is offered. How do they achieve this? By using local products with reliable suppliers and combining it with their own vegetables, greens and aromatic herbs. They prepare all their recipes from scratch using imagination and authenticity to create dishes that will delight anyone.

Biniarroca restaurant promotes sustainability in all their services, and they have also eliminated almost all single-use plastics. They are certified as Plastic Free Balearics and a Biosphere Reserve.

Sa Punta - Es Castell
Sa Punta restaurant located in the port of Es Castell, Cales Fonts, with unique views from its terrace, offering Mediterranean cuisine, local produce and a specific menu for vegetarians. This restaurant is the perfect place to view the Minorcan llauts in which the locals still go fishing. It is connected to the mouth of the Port of Mahon, the largest natural harbour in the Mediterranean.

Tupperwares and bags for customers and staff are made of recycled cardboard, cocktail straws are made of bamboo and the menu is made of recycled paper. Additionally, in the kitchen they minimize the use of film using tupperwares as much as they can. They use glass bottles for serving water and oil. The materials for events are ecological as for example rice cutlery and bamboo food boats.

Es Moll de Sa Punta - Es Castell
Es Moll de Sa Punta restaurant is now again a meeting point for the people of Es Castell and diners at any time of the day or night. Its menu is based on western and eastern Mediterranean cuisine. From meatballs to chicken tajine, from beetroot hummus to fatoush salad, these are just some of the different tapas on offer at the Moll. The result is a complete, varied and creative menu of tapas and dishes to nibble on at any time of the day.

El Romero - Mahon
After going to the Mahón fish market every morning and selecting certified sustainable products, the owners prepare their carefully selected menu with authentic and delicious dishes. This seafood restaurant is not only 100% gluten-free, but also certified as a sustainable restaurant that reduces single-use plastic. The products are local and certified sustainable, they use renewable energy to provide their services and reuse almost 100% of any packaging.

At El Romero they not only work to reduce the use of plastic but also promote local products, for example, all fish is caught fresh on the day. They buy in small quantities through small producers to minimize waste. The restaurant prides itself on its use of energy efficient lighting. Certified "Plastic Free Balearics", Biosphere Reserve and awarded with a Sol Repsol 2022, for being a 100% gluten-free seafood restaurant and a sustainable restaurant that reduces single-use plastic.
